Rehearsals: Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings from the beginning of rehearsals to the performance dates.
Cost:
- Membership of The Crowborough Players (all cast members) costs £10 for juniors and £20 for adults (other memberships are available).
- Cast members may be asked to provide some items of costume.
Crew
This is a guide to the level of commitment, based on task. Please see important dates below.
[1] Sound Designer/Operator, Deputy Stage Manager (DSM), Director, Assistant Director(s), Musical Director: Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings from the beginning of rehearsals to the performance dates. Production Meetings, Tech rehearsals and fit-ups as required.
[2] Set and Props Build and Paint Team: As required by the Team Manager.
[3] Stage Management (SM, ASM, Backstage Manager, Props Manager, Tabs ASM), Lighting (LX) Designer - Fitters - Operators, Tech Runners: Sunday afternoons and occasional other days [**] from late in rehearsal "Run-through" until the end of run.
[**] [includes some Monday and Friday evenings, Saturday day times - tbc.]
[4] Front of House Team: Production dates/as required to source items for sale.
[5] Box Office Admin, Front of House Manager, Build and Paint Team Manager, Producer, Voice Coach, Acting Coach, Choreographer: As required from the beginning of rehearsal until production.
[6] Costume, Hair, Make-up: Sundays from late in rehearsal "Run-through" until production, and as required before then.
